The app offers a suite of calculators including:

The Virtual Airflow and Reynolds Number calculators aim to provide relevant data concerning the volume of air within a specified space, as well as the appropriate size of air handling equipment necessary to achieve desired airflow rates. These calculations consider air movement introduced by heaters, air conditioners, chillers, refrigeration units, or fans—including evaporative or swamp coolers—as well as exhaust systems.

For distance-based calculations, users should input area dimensions in feet or meters; precision to the inch or centimeter is not required. Input the desired air change rate per hour and the airflow capacity of the chosen fan in cubic feet per minute (CFM) or cubic meters per minute. Upon calculation, the app displays the area volume, time per air change cycle, total volume of air requiring movement in an hour, recommended fan airflow rate, and the number of fans or air handlers needed based on the specified target size.

A general guideline suggests maintaining 4 to 8 complete air exchanges per hour for spaces with filtered or clean air.

The app also includes conversion tools such as:
